With over 26 years of experience in transportation and urban planning, Shannon Consulting LLC provides expertise in areas ranging from roadwork operations to the development of regional impacts. Our practice covers the full spectrum of transportation and land use planning.
In the past three years, I have conducted over 50 VDOT Advanced, Intermediate, and Basic Work Zone classes. I am also available to provide VDOT Work Zone Traffic Control Training at your location upon request. Additionally, I have added the ATSSA National Flagger Course to our offerings, which is currently accepted by VDOT for flagger certification.
