This practice is based on over 26 years of planning experience working in all areas of planning from development of regional impacts to small lot subdivisions. Our practice spans the realm of urban planning from transportation to land use. Previous work includes comprehensive and land use plan updates, traffic impact analysis, feasibility studies, environmental studies, project management, and transportation funding assistance.
Recently conducting training in VDOT Intermediate and Basic Work Zone classes over the past two years for a County and now expanding to teach for contractors that work in the VDOT Right of Way.
